On January 19th, 2011, Chinese President Hu Jintao met with President Obama in Washington, D.C. The Council on Foreign Relations hosted a question and answer session to discuss the future of US-China relations. Ralph Winnie, Jr. of Diplomatic Courier asked the following question: What do you think the Chinese feel is the greatest impediment for Chinese companies that are trying to do business in the USA?
