Maryland China Incubator Park- Ralph Winnie, Jr.'s participation with Mina Mar Group

TORONTO, April 30 /PRNewswire/ - Mina Mar Group Inc www.minamargroup.com announced that it has been welcomed into the State of Maryland International Incubator program in a ceremony hosted by Maryland's Secretary of State, John P. McDonough. "We are delighted that Maryland has recognized what we do and to be offering our international companies the opportunity to gain further resources in the United States through Maryland's incubator program," said Mr Robert Xu of Mina Mar Group China Incubator Portfolio Division at the signing ceremony. Mina Mar Group has long served as a financial consultant and incubator of many international companies from China, Europe and South America, bringing them into the U.S. markets. "We are proud to be associated with the leading international incubator program in the U.S.," said Mr. Xu.
Also attending the signing ceremony were Dr. Kai Duh, head of the Maryland incubator program, Robert Walker of the Maryland Division of Business and Enterprise Development, Ralph Winnie, Jr., Director of the Eurasian Business Coalition's China Program, Ren Hongtao, First Secretary of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China, Dr. Wang Jiacun, First Secretary for Science and Technology of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China, Steven Hu, CEO of the US-China Training Service Center, Herbert Rabin, Director of the Maryland Technology Enterprise Institute, and other dignitaries.Benjamin Eliasoph, Trade Commissioner of the Embassy of Canada, was unable to attend due to an emergency visit toOttawa. Bradly Essman, who acts as attorney for many Mina Mar client companies was in attendance as well. The ceremony was videotaped to be shown on China's CCTV news. CCTV is a national Chinese TV broadcaster with a globalized, multilingual and multi-terminal public webcast service platform.

The Maryland International Incubator (MI2) is the result of a collaboration between the University of Maryland, College Park, and the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development (DBED). The mission of the International Incubator is to connect Maryland and International companies for successful joint ventures through a targeted array of business services, state-of-the-art facilities, and world-class resources.
MI2 provides partner companies with direct access to world-class faculty, students and research facilities; physical space for companies to reside in; hands-on mentoring and training; and networking opportunities with potential partners having common or complementary interests with potential investors.

Regarding issuers GMDP, VECT, DDSU, BRHC, ASPR, AMRA had planned targeted merger with USA and China based companies, until the untimely delisting by the SEC on April 23, 2010 http://www.otcmarkets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=aspr for lack of information, notwithstanding that each and every issuer de-registered from being an SEC reporting issuer from about March 12 to March 26 2010.
