On July 16, 2014, Ralph Winnie Jr., Director of the China Program at the Eurasia Center and Vice President Global Business Development of the Eurasian Business Coalition addresses overseas business leaders from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan invited to the United States under the auspices of the Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program.
