Ralph Winnie Celebrates the 61st Anniversary of Côte d'Ivoire Independence in Washington D.C.

 

Despite the constraints related to Covid-19, the 61st anniversary of the independence of Côte d'Ivoire was celebrated in both in person and virtually this Saturday, August 7, 2021 in Washington.
